Honey Almond Granola

When we talk about granola, myriad of flavors strikes in mind. There is so much to talk about. Duh! If we talk about breakfast, I will never prefer eating a plain boring snack. I always go for the different flavors in a single food. Oh! I really love eating :>
Well, I didn’t mean to say that there is something wrong with granola. Granola is an admirable substitute. The good thing is that we can have it with so many other options. Interestingly, you can add yogurt and fresh fruits to gain more flavors as well as health benefits. When we actually get control over flavors and amount of ingredients, it’ll give finger licking taste. If you are super diet-conscious, there are low sugar granola brands available in the market to pick.
Guys, I am super excited to tell you about this Honey Almond Granola. Its recipe is simple and sweet. Do you know that granola turns brown more quickly when you cook it with honey instead of maple syrup?

Important Instructions

o     Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and place a half-sheet pan with parchment paper. In a giant bowl, mix the oats, nuts, salt, cinnamon, and ground ginger. Stir thoroughly to combine.
o     Mix oil, honey, and vanilla together. Turn the granola out onto your prepared pan and use a large spoon to spread it in an even layer. Bake for 22 to 26 minutes, stirring halfway. It will turn into golden brown and will get crispy when it cools down.
o     Cool down the granola and enjoy adding chopped fruits. Also, Store granola in an airtight container at room temperature for the long run. The strict vegans can use maple syrup as a sweetener in the place of honey.
